Main Purpose of the Role

Supervise the Guest Relations team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage daily operations efficiently, and ensure adherence to quality and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train team members to maintain high performance, ensuring smooth handovers between shifts.
  • Handle guest complaints, oversee special event arrangements, and conduct room and hotel tours to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Welcome and assist guests with check-in, registration, and explanations of their packages and room amenities.
  • Monitor team performance, enforce discipline, and coordinate with HR and management on welfare and safety matters.
  • Collaborate with superiors on budget management, quality procedures, and ensuring all team duties are performed efficiently.

Candidate Selection Criteria:

• Experienced in guest relations with strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities to address guest needs and complaints.
• Detail-oriented with expertise in hotel procedures, service standards, and upselling techniques.
• Organized and proactive in coordinating team schedules, special events, and departmental activities.
