Key responsibilities
• Process and track customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations for clients.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, providing product information, and addressing issues.
• Maintain and update sales records, contracts, and client information in the CRM system.
• Liaise with the logistics, finance, and service teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and after-sales support.
• Generate and analyse sales reports, monitor sales performance, and provide insights to the sales team.
• Assist in tracking inventory levels and coordinating with the procurement team for stock replenishment.

Candidate Selection Criteria:
We are looking for someone who will play a pivotal role in overseeing the B2B growing department of GM Punjabi, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the business goals of the company.

Working hours:
Monday to Friday (08:30 - 17:00)
Saturdays (08:30 - 13:00)
