Key responsibilities
• Initiate outbound calls to a designated list of customers to inform them about current promotions, product offerings, and company updates.
• Provide detailed information about products and services, address customer inquiries, and assist in the sales process.
• Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accurate data entry and order fulfilment.
• Foster positive relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, track sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.
• Stay updated on product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate with customers.

- Documentation processes to follow for Outbound Calls
- Start developing sales and taking orders via phone

- Manage customer accounts and resolve issues.

- Preparing and Monitoring sales forecasts
- Inter-Team Coordination to enable delivery on time

Candidate Selection Criteria:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
Work condition:
Working hours/days: -
Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00 -
Saturdays 08:30 to 13:00
Location: -
Onsite at St Paul (Next to CWA) and moving to Jinn Fei, Riche Terre as from Next Year
