Key responsibilities

Manage customer inquiries related to the Winpharma software by phone, remote maintenance, or email, and provide optimal assistance and training to pharmacist clients.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries by phone, remote maintenance, or email.
  • Understand the pharmacy profession to effectively respond to customer requests.
  • Provide telephone assistance for software use, corrections, or settings.
  • Listen, question, advise, and analyze to respond optimally to customer requests.
  • Provide online training on the WINPHARMA software.

Candidate Selection Criteria:

Excellent communication in French spoken.
Knowledge of IT and/or hotline experience.

Work condition:

Starting salary: Rs 21,000 + Rs 2,000 attendance bonus.
Salary after 3 months: Rs 25,000 - Rs 30,000.

Continuous internal training and additional training in France/Reunion.
Pleasant working environment.
Working hours to be defined within the 8 AM to 7 PM France time slot, Monday to Friday, and half-day one Saturday every three weeks.

Salary range: Rs. 21,000 - Rs. 45,000 based on performance and experience.
