Key responsibilities
Manage and resolve hardware and software issues for pharmacist clients, ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of all IT systems.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve all hardware and software issues for pharmacist clients.
- Understand, analyze, and maintain the connection between software and hardware.
- Provide telephone assistance for hardware use, corrections, or settings.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot IT hardware remotely (scanners, printers, electronic labels, TPE, robots/automates).
- Listen, question, advise, and analyze to respond optimally to customer requests.

Excellent communication in French spoken.
Knowledge of IT and/or training and/or hotline experience.

SC/HSC certificate or IT Hardware and Software certificate or experience in a similar field.

Work condition:
Starting salary: Rs 21,000 - Rs 35,000.

Working hours to be defined within the 8 AM to 7 PM France time slot, Monday to Friday, and half-day one Saturday every three weeks.
Salary range: Rs. 21,000 - Rs. 45,000
