Goals & Performance Metrics:
After a month's training, you'll join our sales platform, and we'll expect to see your first results after a month on the phone. You'll be monitored on the number of bookings you make over the month and the number of attempted calls per day.

You'll be coached by a Team Leader with an active listening and participative management style, with an emphasis on your autonomy.

Profile of the aspiring conqueror:
You are a rising or confirmed sales star in your current company.
You're not just interested in achieving your goals, you want to surpass them.

Professionalism, eloquence and rigor are your mantras.
You have a very good level of French.Excellent command of the French language, both spoken and written.
Very good oral expression, perfect and structured articulation.

A real challenger, ambitious, you have a flair for sales and like to reach set sales targets.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent organizational skills.

Work condition:
You are available to revolutionize your career from Monday to Friday, between 12:00 and 22:00.
45 hours a week in our Ebène office.
