Key responsibilities
● Provide administrative support to the sales team including preparing sales documents, proposals and presentations.
● Assist in managing customer accounts including processing orders on SAP, managing inquiries and resolving customer issues.
● Prepare and send quotations to customers.
● Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services to customers.
● Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions
● Assist in general sales reports and analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
● Coordinate sales meetings and events including scheduling appointments and preparing meeting agendas.
● Assist in preparing and monitoring sales forecasts and budgets.
● Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed.
● Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

3-Month Objectives
- Understand the company culture and values.
- Product Knowledge (1 month training in Showroom)
- Build relationship with Clients
- Documentation processes to follow for Sales
- Provide support to the sales team
6-Month Objectives
- Manage customer accounts and resolve issues.
- Accurate documentation of Sales Transactions.
- Preparing and Monitoring sales forecasts and budgets.
- Coordinate sales meetings and events
- Inter-Team Coordination to enable delivery on time

Work condition:
Location: St Paul till December and Jinn Fei as from January
Working Hours/Days: Monday to Friday from 08:30 – 17:00 & Saturdays 08:30 – 13:00
