Key responsibilities
- Represent the allocated brands at events, trade shows, and activations
- Promote brand awareness through various marketing activities and customer interactions
- Generate sales by providing exceptional customer experiences and product demonstrations
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate placement.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the distribution network
- Gather market feedback and customer insights to inform marketing strategies
- Organize activations with setup, execution, and breakdown of promotional events and product launches
- Maintain professional presentation standards and clean work environments during events
- Provide regular updates on market conditions, customer feedback, and competitive activities
- Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to develop effective brand strategies

Goals & Performance Metrics:
• Develop and Grow key brands in the Premium Spirit Category
• Drive listings, Sales and Profitability: by developing and executing trade marketing plans that influence the buying decisions of clients, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. This implies spending most of the time in trade
• Enhance Brand Presence at the Point of Sale: ensure the brand is well-represented and the experience aligned with the brand positioning. This involves activities like creating eye-catching displays, running impactful promotions, maximum liquid on lips campaigns and collaborating with clients to optimize product placement.
N+1 Management Style:
• Liaise directly with clients within the allocated portfolio to negotiate Listings, promotion, events and activation and other related sales operations.
• Liaise directly with clients within the allocated portfolio to set up Product training.
• Interact with BU managers for Trade Intelligence and Marketing alignment.
• Interact with support departments to ensure appropriate process flows for smooth sales operations.
