Key responsibilities
Key/Primary Responsibilities:
Assist storekeeper in:
- Daily alcohol transfers and deliveries, both local and export
- Prepare export documents
- Raws reception
- Keep close eye on raw stock level for ordering
- Time keeping with related entries on system
Production floor:
- Oversee operators to ensure smooth running of production, to avoid any production stoppage
- Cater for any replacement
- Forecast for any replacement
- Ensure that operators have daily tasks, according to work planning.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the job when required.

Goals & Performance Metrics:
Candidate should after 3 and 6 months be familiarized with the production process and the stock management. The selected candidate would also need to ensure deliveries are done in a timely manner.

Work condition:
The Production Coordinator will be based at Grays Distilling Ltd and will need to work from Monday to Friday 07:00 till 16:00 and Saturdays 07:00 till 12:00
