As a Team Manager in Sourcing, Procurement & Planning, you will play a key role in managing the team’s various activities. You will report directly to our Procurement Director and collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:

Client Relationship: For both internal and external clients, ensure effective follow-up on your assigned accounts, making sure that presentations, proposals, and samples are aligned with their needs and expectations.

Production Management: Initiate and oversee your team’s processes and procedures, from order confirmation to coordination with the Account Manager, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your role will be strategic, combining team management with operational involvement in specific client accounts.
Your managerial duties include:
Performance Management:

Set clear objectives for the team aligned with company goals.

Monitor performance, provide constructive feedback, and celebrate successes.
Talent Development:

Participate in recruitment and ensure smooth onboarding of new team members.

Identify training needs, address skill gaps, and anticipate internal mobility.
Communication & Collaboration:

Maintain transparent communication within your team.

Strengthen collaboration with other departments and promote effective cross-functional work.
Resource Management:

Manage the team budget rigorously.

Optimize workflows and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Well-being & Conflict Resolution:

Quickly address conflicts and foster a positive team culture.

Place employee well-being at the heart of your leadership, while cultivating a culture of recognition.
In addition to your management responsibilities, you will also handle key client accounts:

Source products and propose creative ideas to Account Managers and clients.

Request and compare supplier quotes, and select products with the best value for money.

Send quotes to Account Managers or clients, ensuring thorough follow-up.

Coordinate the creation of simple presentations with the Graphic Design team, respecting client guidelines and deadlines.

Efficiently manage complaints from clients or Account Managers by identifying issues quickly and providing appropriate solutions.

Issue purchase orders, manage supplier orders, and ensure compliance with internal procedures.

Monitor all steps with suppliers, carriers, and warehouses up to final delivery.

Provide the accounting team with complete “job cards” to trigger deposits and/or final payments.

Candidate Selection Criteria:
Experience: Prior team management experience is required.

Hard Skills
- Prior knowledge of printing techniques and/or the textile industry is a plus
- 10 to 15 years of experience in procurement or sourcing, with strong team management background
- Proficiency in Odoo (ERP), Hubspot (CRM), and Office 365 — training will be provided upon arrival
- Strong understanding of international business environments (particularly European/American contexts)
Work condition:
Mostly on-site work (with some flexibility)
