As a Senior Product Manager, you will oversee the development of a strategic product, ensuring its business relevance and user value. You will also play a key role in structuring a new local team and work closely with product and tech teams based in France.
Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business and user needs

Define, prioritize, and monitor product developments (using ProductBoard)

Write functional specifications and organize testing phases

Lead Agile rituals (Scrum/Kanban) and act as Scrum Master

Foster collaboration between product, development, and QA teams
-
Track KPIs and communicate effectively around product updates
-
Contribute to the setup and structure of the new local development team

Candidate Selection Criteria:
Technical Skills (Hard Skills)
Proven experience managing a product end-to-end (from discovery to delivery)
Strong command of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban
Familiarity with ProductBoard, GitHub, and ideally Figma
Good understanding of technical environments (Node, React, PHP, Python, Airflow)
Knowledge of accounting/finance is a plus
Soft Skills
Strong team spirit and smooth communication across Mauritius/France teams
Ability to apply and respect existing processes before evolving them
Strategic thinking and analytical mindset
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage workload efficiently
Negotiation and change management capabilities
