Goals & Performance Metrics:

Short-Term Goal: Quickly develop a comprehensive understanding of leisure and sports activities, procedures, and systems to ensure smooth daily operations. Facilitate seamless guest engagement by efficiently coordinating activity bookings, handling guest requests, and overseeing equipment and setup. Respond promptly to guest inquiries to support the team in delivering a high standard of leisure services.

Medium-Term Goal: Enhance guest satisfaction by consistently providing proactive and personalized leisure experiences, anticipating guest preferences, and offering tailored activity suggestions. Leverage upselling techniques to enrich the guest experience and contribute to the department’s revenue growth.

N+1 Management Style:

Help ensure all Sports, Leisure, and Entertainment activities run smoothly and meet quality standards. Manage the Sports & Leisure team to provide great guest experiences, maintain service quality, and support team growth. Oversee daily operations, monitor team performance, and manage the budget to keep the department running efficiently and profitably.

Candidate Selection Criteria:

SC level or equivalent
Gym/Sport Monitor Certificate
NTC2 Entertainment/Sports
Gym or sport Instructor (for as least 2 year) or Entertainer as least for 4 years
Must be computer literate
Fluent in English and French both written and spoken, a third language would be an advantage

Work condition:

To work on a shift system (Morning or Evening)
