Key responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Dialing existing and prospective customers to introduce products or services.
- Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying existing and potential customers.
- Sales Presentations: Delivering compelling product presentations and addressing customer objections.
- Customer Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- CRM Data Management: Accurately recording customer interactions and information in a CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Continuous Learning: Participating in training and development programs to improve sales skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Persuasive and persuasive communication style.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.

- Proficiency in using a CRM system.
Experience in telesales or a related field is preferred
