Key responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
- Assist with other accounting projects

Candidate Selection Criteria:
1. Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience.
2. Excellent organizing abilities.
3. Great attention to detail.
4. Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen.
5. Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
6. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software.
7. BSc/Ba in accounting, finance or relevant field.
Candidates should have relevant experience, essential skills and competencies, cultural alignment with our company, demonstrated motivation and passion for the role, potential for growth within the organization, and positive references or recommendations from previous employers. These factors collectively help us identify candidates who not only meet the job requirements but also align well with our team and culture.
Work condition:
Our working hours is 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday only.
