Key responsibilities
Financial Management:
- Manage and update day-to-day financial transactions for allocated companies.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, payments, and financial entries promptly.
- Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS standards.
- Manage debtor communications.
- Support financial analysis and the preparation of schedules and reports.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records for audit purposes and coordinate with auditors.
- Adhere to the company’s AML-CFT Policy and specific procedures to ensure compliance.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Collaborate with the team to gather data and assist in preparing budgets and forecasts.
- Analyse variances between budgeted and actual expenditures.
Operations & Administrative Support:
- Support administrative duties and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and AML-CFT policies.

Candidate Selection Criteria:
Ideal candidate will have:
- Preferred Qualifications: Diploma in Accounting and/or ACA/ACCA - Partly Qualified.
- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in Finance or the Accounting sector.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with AML-CFT regulations is a plus.
