- Lead the annual budget compilation process and achieve a less than 2% variance in actual vs. budgeted figures.
- Conduct a semi-annual review of financial strategies based on market trends and competitor analysis to guide the decision-making process.
- Achieve a reduction in audit discrepancies by 30% through improved practices and adherence to recommendations.
- Successfully implement new standard operating procedures across departments to enhance financial accuracy and reporting.

Candidate Selection Criteria:

- Strong background in financial management within the leisure or related industries.
- Proven experience in managing teams, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial software and systems.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Work condition:

Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00 but must be flexible to work irregular hours during critical financial periods such as account closures, budget preparations, etc.
