JOB DESCRIPTION

Objective of the Role:

• Customer Success Manager
• Development of the event logistics activity, overall business development, and customer satisfaction
• Recruitment and management of hosts/facilitators and service providers
• Sourcing and retention of service providers
• Creation and improvement of processes
• Handling calls from clients and facilitators, especially during events
• Managing email interactions with clients and suppliers

    - Maintain a high customer satisfaction rate (measured through surveys).
    - Meet response and resolution timeframes for client requests.
    - Increase recurring service usage among clients.
    - Reduce client disputes.
    - Continuously improve the user experience.

    Candidate Selection Criteria:

    - Degree in management, customer relations, or a relevant field.
    - Experience in customer relationship management, ideally in a startup or event industry.
    - Proficiency with IT tools and CRM systems.
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    - Strong organizational skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
    - Independence and initiative.
    - Comfortable managing phone interactions with clients and suppliers.
