Key responsibilities

  • Respond to walk-in, phone, email and Facebook enquiries from B2C and B2B clients
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations for fencing systems, steel products, aluminium materials and fire equipment
  • Provide technical product guidance based on project specifications and drawings
  • Coordinate with warehouse team on stock availability and delivery schedules
  • Process sales orders, invoices and payment follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the sales system
  • Follow up on pending quotations to convert leads into confirmed orders
  • Support project-based pricing requests and bulk enquiries
  • Maintain professional showroom presentation and product display
  • Handle customer complaints and after-sales queries professionally

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets
Convert a defined percentage of quotations into confirmed orders
