Key responsibilities
- Respond to walk-in, phone, email and Facebook enquiries from B2C and B2B clients
- Prepare and follow up on quotations for fencing systems, steel products, aluminium materials and fire equipment
- Provide technical product guidance based on project specifications and drawings
- Coordinate with warehouse team on stock availability and delivery schedules
- Process sales orders, invoices and payment follow-ups
- Maintain accurate customer records in the sales system
- Follow up on pending quotations to convert leads into confirmed orders
- Support project-based pricing requests and bulk enquiries
- Maintain professional showroom presentation and product display
- Handle customer complaints and after-sales queries professionally

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets
Convert a defined percentage of quotations into confirmed orders
Maintain systematic follow-up on all pending quotations
Work condition:
Office-based role (Indoor Sales – showroom environment)
Fixed salary + commission based on sales performance
