Key responsibilities
- Handle all calls and requests professionally and courteously.
- Ensure services meet partners’ and customers’ needs through empathic listening and personalized advice.
- Respond to emails promptly, including after hours and on weekends.
- Provide information to potential guests about available services, including sports and tourism activities.
- Assist clients in pre-planning their stays and promote resort experiences through Pre-Stay Concierge service.
- Verify all information and pricing, recommending suitable options and maintaining accuracy.
- Maintain proactive communication with potential guests, including follow-ups on quotes.
- Practice up-selling and promote pre-bookable add-ons to enhance revenue.
- Manage reservation requests, changes, and cancellations accurately.
- Keep precise records of customer interactions and ensure accurate data entry across systems.

Candidate Selection Criteria:
- Minimum of a Higher School Certificate; a certificate or diploma in Tourism & Hospitality is advantageous.
- At least 2 years’ experience in tourism-related sales or customer service.
- Fluent in both French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with OTA, TO, and DMC platforms like Booking.com, Expedia.
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office suite experience, and CRM familiarity (Salesforce, HMS, etc.).
Work condition:
Primarily office-based (8h30 to 17h00), with requirements for availability after-hours, weekends, and holiday shifts, to ensure continuous guest support.
WFH is also an options for night shift & weekend shift (if any).
