Key responsibilities
- Monitor project progress (e.g., work status, requirements, velocity,, cost, budget, quality, risks and other specific project KPIs or dashboards)
- Apply project management best practices to bring projects to successful completion
- Prepare and present project management artefacts
- Provide administrational support for set-up & preparation of meetings incl. results documentation
- Prepare (raw) data for reporting purposes, execute (standard) project reports, develop/establish new reportings and executive summaries based on project needs
- Execute (ad-hoc) research activities and present results to project team members
- Setup and maintain of collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams) and ensure access of all project members
- Analyze customer needs and develop innovative concepts to meet customers’ expectations

Candidate Selection Criteria:
Degree in Project Management/Business Administration/IT Service Management or any other relevant educational background with exposure to project management
Work condition:
Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:30, but flexibility is expected depending on project needs and time zones
