Contract Type: Full-time

Key responsibilities:
• Welcome, advise, and serve guests, personalizing their wine and spirits experience.
• Sell and serve wines à la carte or by the glass, and prestige spirits in the resort’s bars and restaurants.
• Help steer the resort’s economic and quality results.
• Manage inventory, replenishment, and conservation of wines and spirits for 600 to 1,000 customers.
• Train the resort’s bar and restaurant teams in wine sales and service.
• Ensure quality of service, compliance with Club Med health and safety rules, and respect for the resort’s heritage.
• Develop additional sales and help optimize your department’s financial results.

During the probation period, performance will be evaluated based on:
• Guest satisfaction and feedback regarding wine and spirits service.
• Accuracy and efficiency in inventory management.
• Effectiveness in training team members.
• Contribution to the department's financial performance.
