Key responsibilities:
• Warmly welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a personalized experience.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Handle telephone switchboard operations and provide accurate information to guests.
• Collaborate with various departments (e.g., housekeeping, laundry, catering) to meet guest needs.
• Promote internal services and manage billing for stays and local sales.
• Ensure compliance with Club Med’s health and safety standards and maintain resort assets.

During the probation period, performance will be evaluated based on:
• Guest satisfaction scores and feedback.
• Accuracy and efficiency in handling check-in/check-out procedures.
• Effective communication and collaboration with other departments.

Work condition:
Full-time position with varying hours, including weekends and holidays, based on guest arrivals and departures
