Key responsibilities:
• Ensure the safety of adults and children in and around the pool area.
• Manage the allocation of pool spaces according to scheduled activities.
• Provide swimming lessons and water activity instruction to guests.
• Offer personalized services, including private lessons.
• Maintain compliance with Club Med’s health & safety standards and ensure proper upkeep of pool facilities.

• Effectiveness in ensuring guest safety.
• Quality and engagement of instructional sessions.
• Adherence to health and safety protocols.
• Maintenance and cleanliness of pool facilities.

Work condition:
Full-time position with varying hours, including weekends and holidays, based on guest activity schedules.
