Key responsibilities
Key tasks & responsibilities:
Shape the future of Wealth Management as a Customer Success Officer.
Your main responsibilities include establishing and maintaining working relationship with external partners like lawyers or notaries, following and upgrading our processes related to our Wealth Architecture services and supporting the team into delivering the later.
You will be working closely with Boma Conseil Wealth Managers and our external partners to perform Client Assets analysis and recommendations and deliver day-to-day services.
#1 – Wealth Architecture Services:
• Consolidate data related to Client Assets in sync with Operations and Wealth Management teams
• Perform Assets Analysis and prepare comprehensive reports / synthesis
• Support Wealth Manager in delivering Boma’s services to clients
#2 – Subject Matter Expert onto Wealth Architecture processes:
• Help to design and continuously improve our methodology and process for delivering our Wealth
Management services
• Identify and onboard external partners (Legal/Tax Advisors, Lawyers, Notary, Properties Valuators,
Private Banks…) in collaboration with Wealth Management team and Legal department
• Manage relationships with partners and coordinate deliver

Candidate Selection Criteria:
Core Competencies:
• 2 - 3 years' experience as a Customer Success Officer or equivalent role
• Experience in the financial or legal sector is a big plus
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Fluent in French and English (specially written)

• High proficiency in MS Office 365 (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint…)

• Experience with data (BI) and methodologies (project management, design thinking) is a plus
Educational background:
• Degree or Master's in Business
