Key responsibilities:
• Welcome and build trust with children aged 4 to 17, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Organize and lead sports, creative, and discovery activities tailored to different age groups.
• Supervise children during various resort activities, including games, workshops, fairs, and shows.
• Ensure compliance with Club Med’s health and safety standards, maintaining the resort’s property.
• Collaborate with a multicultural team to create a family-friendly environment that encourages reconnection and sharing.
