Contract Type: Full-time

Key responsibilities:
• Ensure the villa or chalet is impeccably prepared prior to guest arrival, maintaining both interior and exterior cleanliness and functionality.
• Provide personalized services throughout the guest’s stay, including daily maintenance, turndown service, and resetting between guests.
• Anticipate and accommodate guest preferences and habits discreetly, ensuring a tailored experience.
• Offer special attention to children, adapting services to their ages and nationalities.
• Handle guest feedback with tact, relaying information to management and suggesting solutions.
• Oversee food and beverage services, including breakfast, snacks, “à la carte” dinners, room service, and special requests, adhering to service protocols and HACCP standards.

Work condition:

Full-time position with varying hours, including weekends and holidays, based on guest needs and resort operations.
