Key responsibilities
- Responsible for welcoming and managing all IT-related inquiries from pharmacist clients via telephone or remote assistance.
- Offer telephone support to pharmacists for software usage, implementation of corrections, or configurations.
- Intervene on the entire configuration present in the pharmacy on a daily basis (hardware, Windows, Winpharma software, antivirus, internet connection…).
- Listen, inquire, advise, and analyze to respond optimally to customer requests.
- Diagnose and remotely troubleshoot IT equipment (scanner, printer, electronic label).

Candidate Selection Criteria:
We are seeking dynamic consulting technicians who are ready to take initiative and adapt quickly to a constantly evolving environment. You possess strong qualifications, including essential technical expertise to provide effective support to our clients.
Fluency in French, both spoken and written, is essential for this position, as you will be required to communicate daily with our French-speaking clients.
Work condition:
Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM / 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
