Key responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support and coordinate training programs.
  • Serve as a liaison with MQA and HRDC institutions and process related claims.
  • Monitor and manage training costs to ensure budget compliance, and prepare financial reports.
  • Maintain clear records of invoices, receipts, and training refunds systematically.
  • Keep and update an effective people development filing system, including SOPs and training processes.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external clients, ensuring responsive customer service.
  • Organize and oversee the execution of external trainings.
  • Support the Learning & Development team with various projects and assist in fostering a performance-driven culture.
  • Maintain and analyze training data, ensuring accurate entries on the Rogers Hospitality Academy Dashboard and producing periodic reports.
  • Manage the training calendar and provide regular updates and support for ongoing learning platforms like ClickNLearn.

Candidate Selection Criteria:

- Proven experience in coordinating and supporting training programs.
- Strong administrative skills, including budget management and report preparation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to serve as a liaison with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of HRDC processes and experience in handling related claims is highly desirable.

Work condition:

Work hours are from 08:30 to 17:00, with occasional requirements to support training events outside of these hours.
