Key responsibilities
1. Secretarial work such as filing, attending to emails etc.
2. Answers phone calls and redirects them when necessary
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to speak English and French fluently (mandatory).
4. Invoicing, drafting
5. Prepare list of monthly payments
6. Prepare payment vouchers
7. Liaising with the accountant and other administrations on behalf of the director
8. Any other cognate duties

• HSC
