Objective of the Position: As an Administrative Manager, you will lead a team of 6 people and be responsible for the proper administrative management of the company.

As a true right hand and local relay to the Group’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will ensure the visibility of the service both internally and externally to clients and freelancers.

Your missions will revolve around 3 main areas:

Management of the financial closing for sales and purchasing departments:

  • Adherence to closing schedules and tasks,
  • Monitoring of invoicing,
  • Verification of proper processing of purchase invoices,
  • Verification of payment chains,
  • Calculation and management of performance indicators,
  • Relay and escalation to teams to facilitate supplier contracting and client invoicing,
  • Production and presentation of closing reports.

Ensuring the visibility of the service:

  • Facilitating process workshops and feedback meetings with the company,
  • Optimizing and validating processes and tools with the product team,
  • Reviewing scopes with sales managers: outstanding amounts, accruals, compliance, etc.
  • Resolving client and supplier disputes.

Management:

  • Supervision of a team of 6 people,
  • Ensuring compliance with schedules, rules, and company values,
  • Definition and review of objectives, implementation of development plans,
  • Calculation and definition of variable compensation,
  • Daily team management,
  • Handling of onboarding and offboarding, annual competency assessments, and salary review campaigns.

Candidate Selection Criteria:

- You hold a Bachelor’s degree (Bac+4/+5).
- You have previous managerial experience in the field.
- You are proficient with computer tools, particularly Excel.
- You are comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken.
- You possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities, allowing you to work with various departments and cultures and adapt to different stakeholders.
- You have leadership qualities, strong managerial capabilities, and have previously driven change in a constantly evolving environment.
- You are diligent, organized, and focused on achieving objectives.

Work condition:

- Full-time with flexible hours.
- Remote work possible up to 1 day per week.
- 6-month probation period.
