Key tasks & responsibilities:

  • Build good working relationships.
  • Research prospects and generate leads.
  • Understand the needs of your business customers.
  • Research the market and related products.
  • Present the product or service favourably and in a structured professional way face-to-face.
  • Develop sales strategies with the team.
  • Contact/ meet potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.

Goals & Performance Metrics:

The primary objective of the Account Executive at Rent A Sign is to manage and grow client relationships by delivering exceptional Out of Home media services. This involves maintaining client satisfaction, driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring seamless execution of advertising projects across billboards and digital screens.

Performance Indicators:

1. Client Retention Rate: Measured by the percentage of clients retained over a specific period, indicating satisfaction and relationship management success.

2. Revenue Growth: Increase in revenue from existing clients through upselling, cross-selling, or expanding services.

3. New Client Acquisition: The number of new clients brought in as a result of networking or referrals.

4. Response Time: Timeliness in responding to client inquiries and resolving issues, ensuring a high level of client support.

5. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Effective communication and coordination with the creative, operations, and sales teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

6. Compliance with Budget: Ensuring that all projects and services are delivered within the agreed budget while maximizing profitability.

Seeking Profile:

- Experience and passionate about sales will be an advantage.
- Experience: MIN 2 / 3 YRS
- A driving license is essential for the job.
- Computer Literacy: Word /Excel
- Analytical and Numerical skills.
- Fast learner and quick thinker.
- Strong communication skills, including both verbal and written.

Hard skills :

- Sales Proficiency: Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, with experience in driving revenue growth and managing client accounts.

- Market Research Skills: Ability to conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for clients.

- Reporting Skills: Capability to create and present reports on campaign performance, client feedback, and sales activities to stakeholders.

- Budget Management: Understanding of budget planning and financial forecasting to ensure profitability in client projects.

- Negotiation Skills: Expertise in negotiating contracts and agreements with clients to achieve favorable terms for both parties.

- MS Office Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel for data management and reporting, Word for document creation, and PowerPoint for presentations.
