Kids Club Hostess
- To carry out all the activities of the Mini Club as per established hotel standards and procedures, and further assist his/ her colleagues in anyway possible. Aim to reach Quality Standards laid down by the hotel/ Mini Club Department.
- Assist the Mini Club Supervisor/ Chief Entertainer in ensuring that operating costs are kept to a minimum, and that the overall goals and objectives of the Mini Club are achieved.
- Follow instructions and understand the philosophy of the Mini Club Supervisor, and carry out these ideas.
- To keep and ensure that all areas under his/ her control satisfy the most stringent hygiene and sanitation requirements at all times, and also ensures the tidiness of all working areas.
- Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance, and ensure that uniforms are clean and in a good state of repair while on duty.
- Set up the Mini Club prior to opening time, and prepare mise-en-place, by namely wiping tables and sideboards, laying tables; among others.
- Consult and liaise with the Mini Club Supervisor/ Cief Entertainer about organisational aspects of special events (e.g. birthday parties, tournaments) being planned.
- Know all items on the children’s menu and the basic ingredients and method of preparation.
- Be totally aware of children preferences of games and food, communicate to colleagues and adhere to these preferences.
- Check the quality of food delivered from the Kitchen, ensuring that deliveries agree with menu/orders/ dockets.
- To serve/ entertain children during group functions/ parties; and during meal times (feed them if necessary/ on request).

- Qualifications: SC
- Personal Qualities: Organisational Skills, Planning and good communication
- Experience: 2 years
- Additional Skill required: Computer skills (Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel and PowerPoint), numerical skills and basic knowledge of Hotel Operations
