Recruitment process

1. Brief Call: We start with a quick virtual or phone call to understand your motivations and see if we have the right job for you.

2. Interviews: Typically, you’ll have about 3 interviews, though the number may vary depending on the position's seniority. You’ll meet your potential line manager and team members to discuss your skills, experience, and the role’s expectations. This is also a chance to learn about Mantu our culture, roots, teams, and career opportunities.
