Key Responsibilities

Provide professional spa treatments including massages, facials, pedicures, manicures, and other beauty therapies according to company standards.

Deliver excellent customer service by welcoming clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring a relaxing, high-quality experience.

Advise clients on suitable treatments, aftercare, and product recommendations to support their wellness and beauty goals.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, tools, and equipment in line with health and safety regulations.

Prepare treatment areas before each session, ensuring all necessary products, tools, and equipment are ready.

Uphold company service protocols to guarantee consistency and excellence in every treatment provided.

Support promotions and special offers by informing clients about current packages, upgrades, or add-on services.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth salon operations and a positive team environment.

Track and record treatments performed, keeping accurate notes where required for client care and company reporting.

Participate in training sessions to continuously improve technical skills, product knowledge, and customer care.

Work condition:
Work schedule: Mon–Sat: 8:30/09:00 –17:30/17:00, Sun: 9:00–14:30
Policy: Full-time or part time
Work is hands-on, client-facing, and team-based.
