Key responsibilities

The Service Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the after-sales department, ensuring the success of customer journeys, and bringing innovative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and oversee the after-sales department, including engineers, customer service officers, service admins, and storekeepers. 
  • Maintain inventory of materials at the after sales department 
  • Register client data and maintain a database for future promotions 
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer journey and service delivery. 
  • Lead and mentor a team, ensuring high levels of performance and motivation. 
  • Establish performance specifications, monthly targets, and monitor KPIs. 
  • Report to the CEO on departmental performance and improvement plans. 
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. 
  • Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring timely resolution. 
  • Manage the service delivery process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Arrange installation of products at client premises

Candidate Selection Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

Work condition:

45 hours per week.
