Key responsibilities
The Recruitment & Talent Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, ensuring that the company attracts and retains top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet the company’s staffing needs.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing requirements.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ suitability for roles.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future staffing needs.
- Oversee employee onboarding and training programs.
- Implement and manage talent development initiatives.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
- Manage employee relations and ensure a positive work environment.

Candidate Selection Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent management.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Work condition:
45 hours per week.
