Key responsibilities
As a Customer Champion, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their satisfaction and delight. You will handle customer enquiries with a positive, service-oriented attitude and resolve issues efficiently.
- Resolve customer enquiries by telephone, email, or chat with a positive and service-oriented attitude.
- Ensure responses are delivered to customers within agreed timescales.
- Evaluate the nature of customers’ enquiries accurately and determine the appropriate action to be taken.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and positive interactions with customers.
- Ensure customer enquiries are clearly communicated to relevant departments/third parties as per set procedures.
- Apply systematic and logical thinking to solve complex issues.
- Carry out administrative work and ensure correct information is displayed on all documents.

Benefits & Culture:
Basic Salary: Rs 23,000
Night shift allowance: 25% hourly rate
Bus fare refund & company transport (post 5pm)
Medical insurance (private insurance – company contribution)
Pension scheme (contribution: 4.5% for up to 2 years, 6% for 2 to 5 years, 7.5% for 5+ years of service)
Meal allowance: Rs 2,200
Work From Home allowance: Rs 440
Candidate Selection Criteria:
Very good written and oral communication skills in English.
Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
Comfortable handling inbound and outbound enquiries.
Very good listening and problem-solving skills.
Organizational and reporting skills.
Ability to retain information effectively.
Ability to adopt a rational approach to customer cases.
Ability to maintain workflow on multiple ongoing tasks with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.
Good mastery of Microsoft Office tools.
Work condition:
Working hours: Any 5/7 days per week.
Approximately 2 weekends worked per month.
Shifts:
- Morning shift: 10:00 - 19:00
- Mid shift: 13:00 - 23:00
Night shift: 17:00 - 02:00
Flexible working from home: 1 day per week (post training period).
On-the-job training: 6 weeks.
