Key responsibilities
Attached to the Technical Department, in your capacity as Remote Surveillance Technician (M/F), your mission will be to ensure the security of property and people.
Your missions revolve around the following axes :
- Manage the security of property and people remotely using a remote monitoring device.
- In the event of an alarm/proven anomaly, immediately trigger the necessary actions, in compliance with the regulations in force and defined procedures.
- Ensure that the remote monitoring system is fully functional and report any anomaly to your superiors or to the site security manager as appropriate.
- Carry out periodic checks to ensure that all sites under your responsibility are properly secured and inform the site security manager in the event of an anomaly.
- Participate in the traceability of the activity (computerised handrail).

During the first 6 months you will be managed and trained to achieve your goals and be able to work independently.

Candidate Selection Criteria:
With a Bac +2 degree in IT or a related field, you ideally have initial experience in the IT field.
You have knowledge of remote monitoring tools or the desire to learn.
You have good listening skills and excellent oral and written expression in English and French.
