Microsoft Copilot / AI Consultant

About the role

The Cloud Factory is a leading Microsoft Cloud partner helping organizations transform with Microsoft 365, Azure, and AI-driven solutions. As part of our fast-growing Copilot & AI practice, we enable businesses to reimagine how they work with the power of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and modern AI technologies.

We are now looking for a Copilot / AI Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced consultants, supporting clients in identifying use cases, implementing solutions, and driving successful adoption of Copilot across their organizations.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong curiosity about AI, solid adaptability, and the ambition to grow into a trusted consultant.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to explore how AI and Copilot can improve productivity and business processes.
• Identify, document, and develop practical Copilot use cases.
• Support the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Copilot and related AI solutions.
• Assist in setting up Copilot Studio and Copilot Agents for customized scenarios.
• Deliver or co-deliver training, workshops, and awareness sessions to support user adoption.
• Contribute to project delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Stay current with new AI capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem and share insights with clients and colleagues.

What we’re looking for

• Background or exposure in technology, business, or consulting (1–3 years’ experience is an advantage, but not mandatory).
• Interest in AI, Microsoft 365, and workplace transformation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire users.
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in working with new tools and concepts.
• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team setting.
• Eagerness to pursue continuous learning and certifications in AI and Microsoft technologies.
