Every 6 months, evaluation of employee based on KPIs

N+1 Management Style:

Team leader or Team Manager, depends on level of experience of candidate. On the job training and constant guidance. A buddy is also provided to new entrant to facilitate adaptation to working environment.

Candidate Selection Criteria:

Candidate that demonstrates ability to learn and who can work in a team. Moreover, the candidate should have:
•Undergraduate level (a degree in relevant field)
•2 -8 years SAP ABAP programming experience with SAP development tools
•Knowledge of Agile methodology
•Willingness to learn and develop in the Team

Work condition:

8 hours per day, Monday to Friday- 08:30 to 17:30 flexi time,
No work during public holidays, and no work during week-end!
