About the Role:
Responsible for efficient cleaning of kitchen back and buffet area, service ware
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend briefing at beginning of shift
- Follow cleaning schedule
- Empty dishwashing machine , wash and refill at beginning of shift
- Check dishwasher for remaining items in machine to be washed
- Clean buffet area, shelves, kitchen floor, filters in extractors
- Promptly and carefully sort soiled ware so that it can be put through the dish or pot machine properly
- Quickly wash all ware and replace in storage areas as designated
- Is responsible for cleaning and keeping tidy of all debarassage- units in the different outlets
- Keep dish machine properly cleaned and filled with water
- Clean kettles, till skillets, pots and pans promptly and completely so cooks can carry out their work
- Use appropriate cleaning materials and follow chemical use instructions
- Clean cleaning materials after use
- Clean and sanitize garbage areas

Goals & Performance Metrics:
You will undergo a probationary period of SIX (6) MONTHS as from the date of commencement of employment. After having successfully completed the probationary period you will be confirmed in your post.
