Key responsibilities
- Unload guest’s luggage from vehicle
- Fill-in and attach luggage tags to guest’s luggage immediately upon identification
- Responsible for informing guests’ arrival by beating triangle
- Fill in and attach luggage tags to guest’s luggage immediately upon identification
- Ensure enough stock of luggage tags and other items needed so as to provide service to guests
- Deliver luggage to guest’s room
- Keep guest’s luggage in luggage room
- Ensure keys are returned and bills are before guests’ departure
- Responsible for all luggage and other items kept in luggage room
- Keep record of all luggage and other items kept in luggage room
- Pick-up guest luggage from his room on departure
- Keep luggage trolley in good running condition
- Help carry luggage during guests stay
- Help with luggage during room change
- Care taking of general cleanliness of lobby area and luggage room
- To perform a deep clean of luggage room and Front Office on Sundays
- Distributes and collects cold towels on guests arrival
- Prepare mise-en-place for cold towels and sparkling wine

Goals & Performance Metrics:
You will undergo a probationary period of THREE (3) MONTHS as from the date of commencement of employment. After having successfully completed the probationary period you will be confirmed in your post.

Work condition:
Stands in for Shift (Day, afternoon or night shift)
Working Monday to Sunday 8h00-16h00 or 15h00 to 23h00. However, depending on the exigencies of our operations, we expect the candidate to be flexible.
