Key responsibilities

Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, and directing work, evaluating performance, rewarding, and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Assures that effective orientation and training are given to each new Kid’s Club Assistant. Develops ongoing training programs. Responsible for implementing and maintaining excellent service to achieve member and guest satisfaction. Contributes to creating a warm, educational, fun and safe environment for the children and their parents. Welcomes children and their parents and provides information on available Kid’s Club facilities and activities. |

Develops, implements, and monitors annual budget, revenue goals and expenses of Kid’s Club operations department. Provides timely and accurate reporting of all financial and non-financial information as directed, requested. Monitors hours to maximize productivity and minimize overtime. Monitors monthly and other financial reports/statements on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for the facility and takes effective corrective action when necessary. Oversees the care and maintenance of all the Kid’s Club facilities physical assets including the Gym and the Tennis Court. Coordinates Kid’s Club programs designed to promote the facility’s services to customers. Ensures the highest standards of quality service of the Hotel. Implements policies and procedures for Kid’s Club Department, including compliance of all company standards relating to quality of products and services. Prepares work schedules and assigns to Heads / Supervisors areas of responsibility. |

Goals & Performance Metrics:
You will undergo a probationary period of THREE (3) MONTHS as from the date of commencement of employment. After having successfully completed the probationary period you will be confirmed in your post.

Work condition:
Stands in for Shift (Day or afternoon shift)
Working Monday to Sunday 8h00-16h00 or 15h00 to 23h00. However, depending on the exigencies of our operations, we expect the candidate to be flexible.
