After 3 months:
Mastery of recipes and internal standards, autonomy in production, adherence to technical sheets and hygiene standards.
After 6 months:
Consistency in quality, optimization of production, reduction of waste, and active contribution to the development of the product range.

Pastry training or proven experience
Mastery of the basics of French pastry
Rigour, organization, and adherence to standards

Full-time position
Hours defined according to production schedule
Work in the laboratory of a small, structured establishment
