Key responsibilities
The Operation Coordinator plays a key role in overseeing and ensuring the smooth execution of all operational tasks related to assigned deliveries. This includes managing a team of riders to guarantee timely and efficient delivery service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Operations Team, Admin Coordinator, and Management to maintain high standards of operational performance.
- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, demonstrating the ability to work well under pressure.
- Lead and supervise a team of delivery riders, ensuring timely dispatch and successful completion of deliveries.
- Coordinate effectively between delivery personnel, service providers, and restaurant partners to meet delivery targets and operational goals.

Goals & Performance Metrics:
Short Term (First 3 Months):
Understand operational processes, delivery flow, and internal systems
Build strong coordination with riders, restaurants, and internal teams
Ensure timely dispatch and reduction in delivery delays
Maintain rider attendance and shift coverage
Medium Term (First 6 Months):
Improve delivery turnaround time and overall service efficiency
Reduce operational errors, complaints, and cancellations
Strengthen rider performance, discipline, and retention
Consistently meet delivery targets and KPIs
N+1 Management Style:
The immediate supervisor follows a hands-on and supportive management style. Clear instructions, regular follow-ups, and performance tracking are key. The supervisor encourages accountability, teamwork, and open communication while providing guidance when needed.

Candidate Selection Criteria:
Minimum HSC qualification
Experience in operations, logistics, or team coordination preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset
Willingness to work shifts and flexible hours
Age:
28 years and above
Work condition:
Shift-based role
Rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays
Full-time, on-site role
