Key responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations across all outlets, ensuring consistency with franchise quality, speed, and service standards.

  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team (front- and back-of-house).

  • Business Development: Drive sales performance and lead local marketing and promotional initiatives to grow market share.

  • Financial Oversight: Manage P&L, set and monitor budgets, and implement cost-control measures.

  • Compliance: Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

  • Reporting: Provide regular operational and financial reports to senior management.

Lead the setup and successful launch of two new QSR outlets, ensuring timelines, budgets, and brand standards are met.

Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, labor, and operational regulations as required by local authorities and the franchisor.

Recruit, onboard, and train all restaurant staff in collaboration with the franchisor, ensuring alignment with service, food quality, and operational excellence standards.
