Serve as the first point of contact for guests and manage front desk operations.

  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Provide information and assistance to guests.
  • Manage bookings, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Maintain records and handle administrative duties.
  • Ensure the lobby area is tidy and presentable.
