  • Ensure the highest Standards of food quality, consistency and presentation in alignment with the resort’s brand and culinary philosophy.
  • Uphold and enforce strict compliance with food safety, hygiene and sanitation regulations at all times.
  • Actively contribute to menu development and culinary innovation emphasizing seasonal sustainable and locally sourced ingredients.

Proven experience as Chef de Cuisine of Similar leadership role within a luxury, fine dining or high hospitality environment.
Strong Knowledge of International Cuisines
Demonstrate leadership skills with ability to motivate train and manage diverse Kitchen team
Problem solving abilities
Relevant culinary qualifications and food safety hygiene acumen
