Main Purpose of the Role
Provide safe, efficient transportation for clients while delivering exceptional service and sharing knowledge about the company and its offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport clients to designated locations, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and perform basic maintenance checks.
- Deliver engaging and informative tours by describing points of interest, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team and management to maintain smooth operations and assist in developing new tour routes.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company protocols, including monitoring guest behavior and addressing emergencies.
- Upsell additional activities, promote the company’s sustainable initiatives, and provide excellent customer service.

Candidate Selection Criteria:
• Experienced driver with excellent navigation skills and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests effectively.
• Knowledgeable about the local area, its history, and points of interest.
• Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
• Team player capable of assisting with operations and training new employees when needed.
