Key responsibilities

  • Preparing and serving food and beverages according to established procedures, ensuring quality and hygiene standards.
  • Providing friendly and efficient service to internal customers according to their needs.
  • Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment, including cleaning tables, equipment, and food preparation areas as per the Resort Food Safet and Hygiene procedures.
  • Assisting with inventory counts, stocking supplies, and ensuring proper storage.
  • Assisting with other canteen-related tasks as assigned, such as clearing tables, disposing of waste, making recommendations for repairs and maintenance and helping in welfare activities.

Candidate Selection Criteria:

The ideal candidate should have at least a school certificate. The candidate should have at least experience in the same role in an International Ultra-Luxury Resort. A valid food handler’s certificate is a must.
